about me
Hi, I’m Poppy.I teach yoga and healing practices that invite people to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies. My approach combines somatic movement, fascial release, yoga, and breathwork to create a space where stress softens, energy flows more freely, and the nervous system can find balance.These practices are accessible for all and support everything from better posture and mobility to deep emotional release and lasting wellbeing. In classes, workshops, and retreats, I weave together movement, stillness, and breath to help people feel grounded, restored, and more at home in themselves.I believe movement can be deeply healing and that by gently listening to the body, we open the door to resilience, creativity, and vitality. My role is simply to hold space for that transformation.
